The location is nice, close enough to line 2 subway station (around 7-8 min walking)

The building itself is a bit old and the furniture feels old, but everything was clean and functional.

They accommodated my early check-in at 3pm....

I have to be objective here. This place is run down and it reeks of smoke. It's not worth the price and should not even be operating as a guest house. Everything is old and decrepit and I don't think this is a good place for a woman to stay alone. The area is okay but after 9pm there was a fight in the road and police sirens all over the show. I wouldn't recommend it. Certainly not for the price. Oh and check-in starts at 5pm. Not good.
