Santa Chiara Apartment

Appartamento sporco, vorrei allego delle foto per essere più esaustivo. Non c'era nessuna dotazione minima per apparecchiare, uno strofinaccio ecc. la caffetteria sporca in modo indecente, non c'erano tazzine da caffè, in compenso 30 bicchieri, i piatti e le pentole posizionati in ripiani raggiungibili a fatica perchè alti, un paralume rotto, la lampada all'ingresso fulminata, per avere luce bisogna arrivare in fondo alla stanza, la TV non funzionante. Le tende oscuranti della camera da letto non funzionanti, le ante del frigorifero scollate dai pannelli. La cosa peggiore la sporcizia sul pavimento e alle finestre, piene di escrementi di piccioni anche sulle maniglie, ho le foto. Nel bagno le pareti non rivestite sono scrostate, e la polvere dei muri era sul ripiano del lavabo, i chiusini del lavabo e del bidet arruginiti, la doccia molto piccola. Ho segnalato tutto cio e dopo 48 ore dal mio arrivo hanno pulito lappartamento, ma non sistemato cio che era guasto. Peccato perchè l'appartamento è carino ed in una bella posizione. Dopo aver comunicato con l'Agenzia di riferimento mi hanno accordato un rimborso spese per i disagi del soggiorno. Il minimo che potessero fare.

Well equipped and comfortable apartment. Fantastic beaches within walking distance.

The lack of air conditioning was a problem in late July when we were there. There was major work at the end of the road that was noisy and blocked the quickest and most picturesque path to the coast. Additional noise on account of the mopeds parked just beneath the bedroom window.

Great location and close proximity to beaches.

The apartment was not in the best condition, with some moldy walls and paint falling off. Sockets were stiff and it was very dusty everywhere.

The location was great, just few steps from the stunning sea view and close to the famouse Bocadasse beach.

The equipment was quite old, the hairdryer did not work, the coffee machine was just mokka and the communication with the owner/provider not efficient. At the entrance to the house there was plenty of birds dirt.

The location. Quiet neighborhood in a nice area. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The water pressure was a bit low.

The property was stunning, very accessible to the beach and other attractions in the area! Could not have been more perfect.
