Lovely place I stayed for a week

Room was very nice and the view was sublime.

Restaurant prices were expensive. I took my own bag 4 stairs floors which was very tiring. I wished there was an AC.

Delay in response from the reception

Respectful, hospitable and professional staff who go the extra mile to keep their guests very comfortable. Farouk at the reception is calm and receptive. Denis at the bar is smiley and serviceable. Win at the laundry service is very humble and prompt. The entire staff was very polite. In a nutshell, my expectations were exceedingly met! Hart motel will definitely be my home whenever I visit Kampala.

The bedsheets were too old and provided one towel for 2pple. Inappropriate
