Ponte Rosso

Location is great, near key sights. The room was very warm in January, sometimes even too warm. The windows go into a non-walking yard, so you are not hearing street noise (only seagulls in the nights). (People walking past the entrance door sometimes may be very loud, however - some of them are just staying to chat nearby.) The bed was very comfy. Good design of the appartment, well-equipped kitchen. Many household stuff for cleaning, washing, trash etc. Wi-Fi was very good.

The description promised "microwave", but in reality there is an oven (this confusion happens often in Italy). Please say correctly "oven" as some people might bring foods that usually are supposed to be heated in microvawe only. Despite smart and cozy design of the appartment, the lights are a bit of a problem. Upper lights are not enough for reading (and windows do not provide a lot of daylight in winter). There is a long lamp addressed to this issue, but it has rather short plug to be moved everywhere you need it. And the lamp above the bathroom sink does not work at all, which is bad for shaving etc. The shower cabin does not have any shelf for shampoos. You need to wait 1-2 minutes for hot water to come. P.S. Upon checkout, we got two messages that "9 is considered insufficient". Please do not do that. 9 is also a good rating (you now have 8.3) and I was tempted to cut it to 8 just because of your suggestions how to rate you.

Need to update some utensils like wine opener.

Apartment is in downtown. Owner (guy that send us details about apartment) is very nice and responsive. He/she gave us couple of recommendation about restaurant and breakfast place.

Beautiful and cute apartment. Clean and comfortable. There is everything you need if you are staying for a couple of days.

Great location. Within walking distance of a number of restaurants, shops, the harbour and the Grand Canal. The apartment is very comfortable, well stocked and quiet. Had the best sleep here in years, the bed was amazingly comfortable. The check-in is contactless, so if you are travelling, make sure you have internet access to retrieve the check-in procedure.
