La comodidad de la cama y que el mobiliario era nuevo.

La limpieza (algunas zonas del hotel y mobiliario estaban muy sucios), el ruido (estuvimos 2 noches y las dos noches nos despertaron chillidos y gritos a las 5 de la mañana). El personal no hizo nada al respecto. Además, se ofrecen servicios en este hotel que no llevan a cabo (lavandería y limpieza diaria de la habitación). Resumen: un hotel muy nuevo, que como siga así, en un año estará guarríssimo.

"Good, but it could be better."

I liked the cleanliness and the staffs. It was a good experience overall.

There was a TV but no channels were connected which was a drawback for me. Alongside that, the wifi was comparatively slow. And there was a limitation in the toiletries even in the superior luxury room. Hope this will be improved later.
