Ian and Shelly were very friendly and attentive. We couldn’t fault anything about our stay .The cleanliness of our room and the hotel in general was excellent.Breakfast was tasty ,lovely friendly dining area ,Rex along with Shelly could not be faulted at breakfast,so happy and genuinely happy to make sure everything you needed was available. Thank you ,we will no doubt be back

"A week in Llandudno"

The hosts and staff of the Annan hotel were very nice and helpful. The hotel was clean and tidy. The breakfast was very nice and plenty of room to park your car.

The breakfasts were excellent throughout our stay and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The whole atmosphere was great!

Everything was fine and we could find no faults. This was not the case with our previous Llandudno visit at the Imperial Hotel.

The breakfast was lovely and freshly cooked however there was a bit of a long wait for it to be served. The honesty bar was good value, very clean, tidy and comfortable. All the staff were very friendly and helpful but a special word should go to the main man at the front of house, Peter. He is the new Fred. Room was very good and the walk in shower was excellent. Hotel was just off the centre with a short 5 mins walk to the main attractions but was lovely and quiet.

Quicker service of the breakfast.
