THIS PLACE IS BAD NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE WE WERE STRANDED FROM 14;00 to 20;00 just to get keys no hot water and gates dont close asked for refund because we could not stay there got no answer for refund for booking.co and the host just told as sorry on a call contact information is incorrect .it will be nice if booking.co helps there customers and not just take there money

The bed was comfortable.

There was no electricity, I couldn't charge My phones . I was alone in a dangerous part of Germiston without any means to call for help or to phone the police. There was no hot water. When I refused to leave before problems were solved I was threatened with the police and forcefully removed by a security guard. My stuff wete thrown outside the gate where I had to wait for an Uber to pick me up. The owner refused to refund me. I went through hell and I was scared out of my wits.

I like how cozy the room was and also my name written welcome home on the side of the bed

The water in the shower was confusing, when I opened hot water cold water came out, until I tried the cold water direction then the hot water started coming out

The host could have waited up until after checking out time to ask if I had checked out yet and to advise that the cleaner is already on tehri way to the apartment and not 40 minutes before checking out. It made me feel like he couldn't wait to get me out of the place.

I really enjoyed my stay it felt like home, everything was perfect.
