1)Mosquito infested. No 2)mosquito net or repellant provide 3)Located next to a busy road. No sound proofing 4) Breakfast pathetic 5) No proper running water.. I had to shower with cold water dropping from a poorly made shower head 6) untrained hotel staff
GBVery convenient to the airport. Arrived late but driver was at airport to collect me and communication was great. Hotel staff very helpful
Breakfast didn’t have much choice
GBNice enough Hotel, very close to the airport, reason I booked it. It was clean and confortable
I stayed for one night, Uganda was voting the next day so there was no internet, no access to news or card payments. Not a fault of the hotel but a general inconvenience thus affecting services of the hotel which affects rating certain services
