I needed a room because of my delayed flight and they were available

That there was no lift. It would have been good even if they had something for the suitcases

We were immediately greeted and shown to our very clean and comfortable room. All the interactions with the host were efficient and pleasant. A shopping centre a 15 minute walk away had plenty of eating options. The 4am cab to our early flight arrived on the dot.

Good Place is overall nice, with a lot of art and ceramics to keep your eyes busy. Pool .. good esp clock available, water was not cold, not deep so good for children who knows basic swimming, toilet and face basin a plus nearby, Breakfast… good enough for adults, abit lacking for children as simple milo / chocolate not available. Room has iron and hair dryer a plus. Ample amt of electrical outlets for charging in room. Went for rest and place was quiet so that was a plus.

Not good Family owned but not welcoming, very serious not smiling people, Changed my booking to a smaller room without notification, wanted to charge me same price at check-out Door Lock to the room was not working, was told the place is safe, so not to worry, which is good for the family run business but not good enough for patrons. Had to chuck the door on the inside with a shoe when sleeping or changing clothes etc. First hotel ever visited with only ONE pillow per person, had to ask for another and only got one, beds were not comfortable as center is lower than head and tail. Relaxing area advertised on site not accessible as family members occupy the larger portion making it uncomfortable to relax as they are not welcoming either. Plus a female family member seem to be in her underwear only, in the sitting area out in the porch, as the short pants was so high up. Making it uncomfortable to be around with your family.

The customer service was exceptional and the environment was excellent
