The location is great in a quiet neighbourhood.. the house has plenty of room and a garage for bikes.

Unfortunately the house reeks of cigarette smoke and the beds are old and past their best.. the house decor is old, dated and in need of a makeover. To charge the same price as a good hotel requires some investment in decent beds and a Reno to get rid of the smell

The spaciousness and layout of the house and comfort - heating great and cosy. Great private location and all amentiies provided. Felt like being at home.

Small fault - toaster did not work and kitchen tap was loose. Be great if reduced rate for more than 2 nights stay - would have considered staying a bit longer.

Excellent location. Liked the open space living area.

Need a bigger oven tray. Decor could be more updated but not a major

The alarm goes off after you put in the code. So, it needs to be put in twice.even when locking the door at night. Very loud, but understand why it's needed.
