Veoma čisto, udobno, komforno, čak dva klima uredjaj koji perfektno rade, super opremljena kuhinja, super kupatilo, sa parking mestom u dvorištu, ok lokacija u smislu nije u centru ali opet dovoljno blizu luke i trajekta.
