The staff was friendly and helpful. They made up for any shortcomings that the room had. The second room I got was a good size, cleaner and had a bigger washroom than the original room they gave me. The location was good.

The first room I got was on a smoking floor and just reeked of cigarette smoke. The second room I got while a lot better still had a faint smell to it. Also, there was a constant noise coming from somewhere which was annoying. The fitness center wasn't available.

Absolutely amazing staff. Always ready to help in a y way they can. Lovely people.

Cockroaches in the bathroom. In general nothing was clean. People shouting during night.

I rent a battery motor, but run only 5km the battery low, after we charge full, only run 10km

The Lao Hmong receptionists Mr Chit and Mr Win are the best receptionists in Laos. They treat you like a friend, are very polite and helpful. They have a wide knowledge of Laos and advise you on further travel. Last but not least, they are always in good mood and ready to help.

Some rooms are fitted with the Indian air-con National. These are not good air-con and loud. They must be replaced. There was no wardrobe in my room.
