Should not be listed on any website obvious homeless hotel

There was no room available. I was turned away. I am requesting a refund through Paypal.

I booked a room maybe 4 hours in advance, and they seemed surprised when we arrived. I’m not sure what would have happened if they hadn’t driven up when we arrived, but the moment we went into our room, we wanted to leave. Stale cigarette smell, bedsheet as a curtain, very old ac with paint on it. I didn’t even want to use the bathroom, but when I thought about it, there was stuff in the toilet- maybe tobacco? We got a room somewhere else, and tried to return the key. No one was available to open the door or answer the phone. The voice mailbox was full. We put the key in the room so we could get on with our day. I think I would have smelled like that room after a few hours. Maybe they don’t get many bookings and it’s mostly short term living, there was a no vacancy sign when we arrived. Call them first, and ask to see the room first, and don’t book through hotels.com (they panicked when I told them that I had) icky

I was not able to check in. No one at office, no one answers phone

We went to check in and we were told they did not have a room for us and we need to find another hotel

They lost a friend's reservation and told them we had cancelled so they could have the room. The property has the appearance of several long term residents perhaps with addictions. When we called to question they hung up on us. Definitely can not recommend for any reason. Photos are very misleading!

Booked here and showed up there were no vacancies and we were not able to stay. Won’t get a refund.

The property was dirty and was not as advertised. There was no hot water. I left and Expedia is not refunding my money.

Inexpensive, clean, clerk was very nice. Nice big screen tv. Comfortable bed. Room temperature just right.
