Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, > wir waren heute zutiefst darüber enttäuscht, dass uns eine derartige Unterkunft von booking.com angeboten wurde. Dieses Apartment ist aus hygienischen, ästhetischen und gesundheitlichen Gründen unzumutbar, zum Beispiel: Schimmel in der Küche, wodurch sich sogar die Folie von den Schranktüren abgelöst hat, im Bad sowie verteilt im gesamten Wohngebäude. (siehe Belegfotos im Anhang) > Im gesamten Haus wurde versucht, üble Gerüche durch vermutlich Duftspender zu übertünchen. Dies allerdings ohne Erfolg. Hinzukommt die frustrierende Wohnlage dieses Apartments. > Wir lehnen es daher ab, hier zu nächtigen und fordern Sie auf, uns den gesamten Preis zeitnah, das heißt innerhalb der nächsten 14 Tage-ab heute - zurück zu erstatten.

La cama hacia mucho ruido y la cocina no estaba del todo limpia. Preguntamos un par de cosas al propietario y no nos respondió.
