Stay Hostel

Location is convenient I found everything I needed: banks, food, shops . This place is very welcoming and cozy. Staff were friendly and helpful I also enjoyed clean rooms and bedsheets, everything was 10/10 highly recommend 👍

No quiet hours. We were woken up at midnight, 2am, and 5am

loud humming noise that is another room turning fan on. had to ask twice to turn off. bad location, only for locals. felt unsafe

Everything is clean, cozy, everything is homely. The staff is very polite, sociable. Thanks!

Friendly staff is helpful for the guests. Not far from the city center. Nice music in the kitchen. Lockers with keys for the shoes / stuff for the guests. Possibility to drink tea / coffee and eat in the kitchen.

Points for improvement: Desktop of the staff was too high. It is like a barrier between the guests and the staff. Sometimes in the common room is spoken loudly in the middle of the night. The common room is not non-smoking. There is no clear rule about this.

Clean bedsheets, friendly stuff, open all the time to enter or exit

Lazy stuff- the guy wakes up at 11 30 to turn on the lights and plays video games instead of cleaning the hair in the bathroom They charged more than it was meant to be because they have a different dollar rate than the official one

( Foreigner friendly) Friendly staff, The receptionists Adilet and Mira were really heartwarming, Adilet even prepared some breakfast for us it was really good , maximum people who work speak English here, The hostel is exceptionally silent, so you have no worries about sleep, it’s very secured they have cameras in the hall and reception, staff is very attentive 24/7, we have a lot of options to eat and buy basic utilities nearby with a walk of 4-5 minutes, I’ve met the owner too she is really kind, I plan to extend my stay🫶

Well hope they had a multi cooker or an induction to cook would have been perfect🫠
