Modern apartment. Beautiful, ample rooms. Excellent heating, good bathroom. Large, comfortable bed.Good location, easy walking distance to the historic centre.

The location and value for money was exceptional. Check in was easy and our wonderful host organised an English translator to assist. We also were thankful for the secure parking nearby.

We've stayed at many B & Bs in Europe before but this is the first time a host met us at a nearby L'Aquila landmark on a Bicycle. He gave us very clear GPS instructions and closely communicated a few hours before our arrival. Italo very charmingly led us through a few narrow lanes on his trusty bike to a quiet yet convenient location where property was located. He showed us around the apartment which was huge and pleasantly fitted out. Our very short stay meant that we didn't have enough time to enjoy the spaciousness. Lugging our bags was not a problem because parking was at a private garage 20metres away. It's also very helpful that restaurants, shops and the buzz of the city was a short walk away.

Would have preferred a washing machine as it was an apartment.

the property was in a great location, clean, lots of room and plenty of light. the kitchen did not have any cutting knives and the bed was hard and uncomfortable.
