"Awesome house close to the beach!"

A really superb house in a great location in an awesome town. The kitchen was amazing with everything you could need and the garden was lovely.

Can't really think of much! Some road noise at night if you are a light sleeper but that's about it!

"Perfect accommodation!"

Extremely well equipped and with amazing views over Swanage. Only a few minutes walk to the beach and town with plenty of great food choices available. The Black Swan, The Corner (Italian), and Purbeck Plaza (for tapas) were particularly excellent. Owners left a lot of information to help the stay run smoothly, and the house was immaculately clean and very comfortable, including brilliant outdoor spaces.

Excellent location and a great view. The property is very well equipped and a very welcoming space. The hosts really have gone the extra mile in preparing the property. The welcome pack really does explain how everything works. We had a fantastic week and will definitely look to return in the future.

The on street parking can be a little tight. But we have two suvs and always managed to find a space close to the property.

Lovely accommodation, high spec, every little detail thought of. Easy walk for us into Swanage.

Only downside is no parking. We were able to load/off load by pulling up on opposite side of road to property. There is lots of information regarding parking options in the information pack.

"This is a first class property and I would thoroughly recommend a stay here."

The property is beautifully furnished and has every mod con. The outside space is also very lovely and presents several opportunities for outdoor living in the right weather. The views are stunning. The bedrooms are very spacious, as are the bathroom and downstairs toilet. The beds were very comfortable too. Everything in this property has been carefully planned and beautifully executed. The location is also ideal - just a short walk down to the town and beach.

If there was one small negative it is that the street can be a little bit noisy with the odd passing car and late night revellers in the evening if you have the windows open. This didn’t detract from our enjoyment of the property though.

"Fabulous"

The house was both beautiful on the outside and inside with stunning views. Exceptionally clean, well equipped and comfortable. All mod cons throughout and excellent communication with the owner. Would thoroughly recommend.
