Vittorio Emanuele Suite Apartment

First of all, A book should be written to express our satisfaction. The apartment is spacious with all that is needed for a great stay. On top of this, the host is very friendly. He even went that extra mile to prepare a birthday card for my partner who turned 60 in this apartment and in Palermo. In a nutshell, everything was perfect!

Everything! Perfectly located, fabulous spacious apartment, fully equipped and sparkling clean.

Nothing at all

The living area, kitchen, and bedrooms are well-designed. There’s a comfortable sofa facing a giant TV. The skylight windows in the bedrooms are fantastic. The beds are very comfortable, and the cleanliness is top-notch. The location is excellent for sightseeing. I highly recommend it. Based on my experience, I can categorize rental homes from such platforms into two groups. The first group consists of properties designed specifically for rental purposes, typically furnished with IKEA-style items and meeting only the minimum requirements. The second group includes real homes, and this place is a great example of the latter.

Wow! Everything about the place was perfect. Professional friendly service, excellent location, spacious modern apartment. No negatives at all.

Very warm and big house, which I think is perfect for a group of friends travelling together, as well as being located in the centre of Palermo, very close to many attractions. Also, the landlord Francesco was very friendly and helped us with restaurant recommendations and beds, it was a great experience and I would choose this place again next time I have the chance!

Safe and in centre of Palermo. Direct and clear instructions from owner, Great sleep, quiet apartment with truly magnificent backdrop of a church. Fantastic stay overall. The Italian sofa in the living room was incredible. Definitely returning.

Having to leave the place. We wanted to stay longer.

Our host, Francesco, went above and beyond to make our stay very comfortable. He reached out before we arrived to meet us and navigated us to the parking, helped us find a doctor on short notice, gave us local recommendations, and even dropped us off at the airport in the middle of the night. We parked our rental car in the private parking just a couple minutes walk away. The apartment is superb. Perfect amenities, furniture, and location! Really stylish place with a beautiful living room. The beds are also super comfortable, and having coffee available was a nice touch. It is right in the historical center but tucked away quietly from the lively streets of Via Maqueda and Via Vittorio Emmanuele. We stayed during the weekend and loved the atmosphere at night on those streets. We would love to stay here again if we return to Palermo! :)

The apartment has been finished to a really high standard and Francesco has created a really stylish space. Its location is perfect for sightseeing, as it’s right in the heart of that part of Palermo. It’s literally round the corner from a pedestrianised street with shops and restaurants spilling onto the street along the way to the sights.

Nothing. It’s wonderful

The apartment was really nice and very large. The ceiling of the kitchen was beautifully painted and the walls were really nice with details of the old walls. It was very well designed and it had the most comfortable soft beds, made of memory foam. I slept like a baby. 😊 I really liked the option to Watch Netflix and Disney+ for free. The apartment had 2 large bathrooms, which were clean as well☺️. Beautiful view on the tower from the entrance and from the balconies (and the rooms). The host, named Francesco, was very very friendly and helped us in every way possible. He Whatsapped a list of recommendations of things to visit and where to eat. At first I could not find my self booked taxidriver from the airport and the host was even then prepared to pick me up from the airport, but he didn’t have to in the end since my taxidriver eventually showed up. But How generous of the host! He was always prepared to help us with questions and was very interested in how our stay was. We could park nearby the apartment in a protected garage. The street to get to the apartment was really small, but we managed to do that with a Volkswagen Sharan! The apartment finds itself in the very old city centre of Palermo and you can walk to the important places! The apartment finds itself in the environmental zone, so you have to arrange the permission for your car when You drive there from 08:00-20;00. Ask the host, he helps you fantasic with the permission to drive there and the permit is like €5 for a day? Overall, we had an amazing stay and we felt very welcomed by the host. Totally worth it! We compared the rest of the vacation stays to this stay in Palermo and it was all less than this. We always said: Francesco would do this instead. 😁😂 Stay there 😁 and Francesco is the best host!!

Everything was great, we only gave a tip to buy a tray to make ice cubes.
