Location was probably the best bit, so central to everything. If staying with a big group there is no need for taxis or public transport can just walk everywhere, keeps everyone together. Communication from the hosts was also excellent, all the info we needed was given well in advance of arrival. Had a problem with the outside door at one point at about 11PM, sent the host a message and within 5 mins he was there to fix it, cant ask for much more.

Code system on arrival didn't work, probably just got unlucky but a quick 5 min call and it was all sorted out. Stuff like this happens but a quick response from the host turns this into a non-issue.

Central and close to everything that was planned for the weekend.

Great location and the accommodation was the perfect size for a large group. I would definitely recommend this for any group going out to Hadrian's Wall or for a weekend trip to Newcastle

The area was brilliant and good communication with the owner, wifi was great throughout and rooms were all clean

The showers weren’t the most powerful and it would have been good to know about the £300 security bond prior to a few days before
