Property Notes

Please note that reception opening hours are from 09:00am to 12:30pm and from 2:30pm to 7:00pm. And, check-in is available after 5:00pm and check-out is possible until 11:00am, for cleaning services. For late check-in, guests must contact the property at least 24 hours in advance, using the details on the booking confirmation or via the Special Requests box during the booking process. Late check-in has a cost of €20 from 7pm to 9pm , and €30 from 9 pm to midnight. Please note that if guests wish an invoice with the VAT number, it must be requested prior to arrival using the Special Request box. Please note that for stays longer than 1 week, towels are changed once a week and sheets once each 10 days, except Saturdays, Sundays and holydays. A baby cot is available, from June to September, at an extra cost of €5. It is free of charge during the rest of the year. The apartments cannot exceed the capacity indicated in the reservation.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

This is my second time staying here as I family living in villamoura . The apartment is spacious and in a good location with excellent security .

We didn’t have enough pillows for 5 people , not enough glasses and asked for more . The beds are very hard and uncomfortable, the showers need to be cleaned and siliconed. There is not enough towels and the apartment could do with modernising .

Location is great for the bars. Pool is nice and quiet and large apartments.

No tea/ coffee provided despite having a kitchen. The decor is old fashioned and I had issues with hot water occasionally

"Huge apartment in great location"

The apartment was very spacious and in a great location, just a short walk to the beach and the harbour. Quiet location with a large pool/garden area. Staff were lovely.

My only gripe was that it would have been nice to include some items for washing up and cleaning. It’s also worth noting that if your arrival is outside of the reception opening hours you have to pay more depending on what time you arrive. There was a bit of a problem with taking a deposit at first but was easily sorted and I received this back within 2 days of checking out.

Location very good and the apartment was very good also. the showers were great - hot water in seconds and great pressure

All was very good and we were very happy. my only criticism was the TV in the living room - very old and picture very poor. we were happy with all else
