Everything, great communication and a fabulous chalet

The chalet had a very homely feel with lovely decor and was well supplied with everything that you need. It even had an iron and ironing board. The park was very quiet and there is a big green out the back of the chalet that children can play on. The playground is only a few metres from the chalet. There is no shop so perhaps not ideal if you do not drive but the location was perfect for our adventures along the coast.

We loved it and would happily book again.

Was clean and modern

The hoover hadn’t been emptied and was filthy also was blocked so I had to unblock it 🤢. The bin was broken so couldn’t be used. There was no nets on the windows which was frustrating when trying to change as had to shut the curtains. The sofa was really uneven and springy.

Caz and Steve have a perfect little home away from home and we were delighted to have the opportunity to experience it It was clean and fresh throughout It was the perfect base for us to explore the surrounding area and Great Yarmouth The local pub is just the right distance away and the food was great We would recommend the property to anyone who wants a relaxing place to stay Thanks for your hospitality Regards Noeleen Calum Frank

The flat was very clean and cosy. The owner was a friendly and comfortable place to stay.

Great location

Shame there was not a t.v in the main bedroom! The living room sofa wasn’t very comfortable! We had to go and buy new pillows for the main bedroom as they were very used and flat! Also the water pressure in the shower definitely needs to be fixed
