Free parking is available for 1 car. From 2nd car on, parking charges apply. You must inform the property in advance what time you plan to check in. If your check-in time changes, please update the property. Guests are kindly requested to notify their travel schedule to the property. If applicable, please notify your arrival time at Narita Airport and at JR Gotemba Train Station. Please note that guests are strictly forbidden to bring extra guests without notifying the property. All guests are asked to be present at the lobby during check-in. Please note, 2 small dogs (up to 7 kg) can be accommodated upon request, at an additional charge of 2,000 JPY per pet, per night. Guests must bring a solid dog cage or rent it at the property for the extra charge of 1,000 JPY per day. Please contact the property in advance.
