We love the location as well as the host's quick responses everytime we have questions.

The cookware and kitchen stuff needs to retire and be replaced. Needs more kitchen towels too. I guess needs to improve essentials like tissue papers and stuff needed for people who will rent it for a few days. Not everyone will eat out all the time.

Muy mala experiencia, la persona encargada de entregar las llaves no contesto la llamada en múltiples oportunidades, nos hizo buscar otro alojamiento con 2 niños pequeños en horas de la noche y después de un viaje de 13 horas, cuando teníamos una reserva de más de 2 meses de anticipación y se había coordinado la semana antes la hora de la llegada y la forma de pago. Luego de muy tarde en la noche contesta que estaba ocupada que le depositara el pago del alojamiento en una cuenta que no funcionaba, luego me envía un link de pago que me bloquea la tarjeta de crédito. Todo mal con este alojamiento. No lo recomiendo.

"Didn’t get to stay since I never received unit number. We only received confirmation and access code"

We were never able to get in the condo since I only received confirmation and door code but no unit number so they did not let us in the building. We called, emailed host all day the following day he said my payment didn’t go through but I did receive confirmation that it went through. Not sure how and why on his end it didn’t show but on my end it did.

Couldn’t get a hold of host. He finally contacted us the following day. But We were outside the building for hours trying to get in. They refused to let us in without a unit number. Received a confirmation plus access code but never a unit number. We went out there to have a good time. We were not expecting not to be let in even with confirmation or access code. Guy in the front said it happens a lot to ppl. We were one of the unlucky ones.
