War alles wunderbar!

If I could give more than 5star rating I would have given it. The presence of an elevator in the building was a great help to transport our suitcases. The accommodation was comfortable and spacious, the view of the distant mountains from the balcony was splendid, and the kitchen was well stocked with coffee, tea, condiments, spices and cooking utensils. It was an extra bonus to have both a washing machine and a dryer as not many apartments provide dryers. Location was great, near to Bled Union bus stop from which we took buses to Bohinj and Ljubljana, and within walking distance to the town centre. But above all I would like to commend our landlady Barbara, who was pleasant and inviting when she met us. She took the trouble to Google translate the word "Welcome" in our national language and wrote it on the chalkboard for us. As the temperature dropped during our stay and the heater was not working, she brought warm clothing, scarves, mittens, socks, flasks etc for us to use. On our second evening I fell victim to pickpocket at the lakeside and lost my purse. Barbara brought us to the police station, helped communicate with the police officer and even lent me her phone to make calls back to my country to cancel my credit cards. We would have struggled without her, I have never met someone as kind and considerate through all my years of travelling. It was with much sadness we left the apartment to continue our journey after 6 days. If we do come back to this part of the world I have no hesitation I will stay here again. Thank you Barbara.

The accommodation was easily located and in close walking distance to the city centre. Parking is in a secure underground carpark below the apartment. The host greeted us at the door and made sure that we were looked after. We were very impressed with how he catered to our needs and even bought us a kettle to drink tea with! Communication with the host was excellent throughout. To end the stay, he greeted us again and even brought us little thank you tea bags made by his wife. Overall, very happy with our experience here and would definitely recommend!

The location is perfect. Close by is a bakery open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Restaurants and other attractions are within walking distance. There is a nice view of snowy mountain peaks.

The apartment is new and completely equipped. We were staying with our 6-months old daughter and we didn't lack anything. Barbara, the hostess, provided additional amenities for the baby, is very kind and welcoming. The apartment is located 5-7 min of walk away from the amazing lake of Bled, and in its surroundings (5-10 min by walk) there are big supermarkets, the local market, bakery and restaurants. The neighbourhood is quiet

-central to lake bled -amazing host who is nothing but helpful on our trip -amazingly stocked apartment filled with towels, coffee , toilet roll and pads -amazing close to all sites of lake bled and to transport to train station

Couldn’t ask for a better stay

Barbara was a fabulously helpful host. The apartment is of an extremely high standard. Underground parking. Great location for all of the sights and sounds on Lake Bled.
