"Authentiek, ruim huis op pracht locatie"

Een ruim huis met veel kamers, enigzins authentiek ingericht, op een schitterende locatie! We konden heerlijk buiten zitten op een fijn terras. En zwemmen in het fjord. Janicke is als host erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam!

Weinig dingen vielen tegen. Je moet echt opletten op het lage plafond en de balken. Een hoofd stoten gaat vrij snel.

"Feriested som er over all forventning"

Utrolig sjarmerende gammelt fint hus. Flott beliggenhet med vann på begge sider. Fin platting med utemøbler. Rent og pent. Båt med motor for fine fisketurer på fjorden. Servicen var over all forventning og stilte opp både sent og tidlig. Dette er ett sted vi kommer til å reise til flere ganger. Anbefales på det varmeste 😃👍

Exceptional stay! Super cosy house, old as a museum but very comfortable with modern amenities where needed. Everything you need for Hygge vibes — candles, coffee, nice heating, outdoor fireplace/bbq, stunning but calming views, and absolute silence. All sparkling clean despite of rustic-looking setting. Plenty of ways to feel relaxed but also plenty of additional activities. 100% recommend this fantastic place and its caring hosts.

"Nice place, very kind host but the bathroom is on another floor."

Nice place in the middle of nature. Big house but just one bathroom I was alone so, fine, but consider it in case you are a family.

"Lovely place"

We stayed for 2 days in this charming house and loved it! It is very clean, the beds are super comfortable. The host is welcoming and kind. It is also close to the Atlantic Ocean Road. We recommend booking if you’re looking for a peaceful stay in the area. You won’t be disappointed! PS: We loved the piano!!

The house is in a great location. For taller people it is a great reminder that shorter people used to live here in the past :) Janicke was the best and kindest host during our almost month long trip through Norway. Very, very nice in personal communication. She gave us lots of tips for the area. We were sorry that we had so little time in this area. We would love to come back for a longer stay.
