Barfield Shepherds Hut

The Barfield Shepherds Hut has absolutely no faults, it’s in a quiet area. Had everything we needed utensil and utility wise. Everything was so clean and fresh. Hot tub was phenomenal, was lit earlier on in the day and stayed warm all evening. Easy check in and feels like a home away from home, Sarah the host was amazing to communicate with. Will definitely be back again.

Loved it from start to finish. The location the host and the accommodation was just perfect we will be back.

I've stayed in a lot of places but this is genuinely my favorite. It's very hard to describe just how idyllic this place is, you just have to experience it. For under £200per night, it's one of the best places you can stay in NI.

The only thing that we didn't like was the fact that we should have booked for longer!

The host, Sarah, was lovely and went above and beyond to make us comfortable.

Love the location, very quiet and peaceful and all of the facilities. Sarah is so helpful and kind. The hot tub was amazing, and inside the cabin is absolutely beautiful. Very well kept and so clean.

Absolutely nothing

Hot tub, nice location, very cute small hut, beautiful stream right on the doorstep, handy Chinese nearby, accommodating host. A great location for a small family or a couples break, very chilled

Quite a few bits seemed a bit shabby - nail sticking out of wall, steps need painted, hot tub was a bit dirty inside, plates in cupboard still wet, mugs had tea stains inside, plastic champagne flutes need threw in the bin, toilet freezing with the remains of a shower gel/end of a toilet roll - would have expected some better extras judging on other reviews and even a little new mini shower gel, place also needs a dust and when you ran the water in the bathroom little black bits came out. It is a beautiful location but for the price I think it needs a little work.
