Imaginative modern decor with quality fittings. Convenient location for transport, cafes and some attractions. Comfortable bed. Contacted owner about the shower not draining properly, and the cleaner arrived within one hour.

Putrid smell from bathroom drain filled the apartment.  The cleaner did her best but could not clean the shower drain filter, so the drainage problem was not fixed and filth from the filter was apparent in the shower drain. So we had to unclip and remove the shower drain filter so that the shower would drain properly, and the owner criticised us for this. No hanging space in the cupboards, only shelving. Filthy mattress. Stained poor quality towels.

Location, appearance and design.

When I mentioned to management that the glass coffee table was broken and wobbling and could be dangerous, the door handle of the dishwasher was broken and hanging down and there were no instructions for anything apart from wifi I was accused of complaining. Very poor!

Peccato per l'ingresso che lascia a desiderare ma l'appartamento è pulito e molto moderno.

Location perfect. Close to all tourist attractions.

No storage space to hang clothes because certain cupboards for marked for cleaning staff only where washing was hung from previous occupants. No instructions on how to use TV as we were unable to read instructions in another language. Owner was not helpful in reply saying manual no longer available and go into settings. Tried to contact again but no reply.

Spacious living room and adequate kitchen facilities. Washing machine, microwave oven and even a dishwasher. Comfortable bed and spacious shower room. Good aircons.

No wardrobe to hang clothes. Blue floor tiles in the shower stall are extremely slippery and lethal, if not careful. Rickety old lift that creaked badly when one steps into it. Common areas inside the building (outside the apartment) are very dirty, full of cobwebs and poorly maintained.

It was very clean, comfy and well-equipped, and the air con was more than enough in the 35°C heat!

Great facility, very spacious and nice kitchen. Location was great to walk to many places.

I was too scared to take the elevator as it was so rickety, so we got a good work out climbing the five flights daily. Could not get the mildew smell out of the apartment but otherwise it was terrific.

We enjoyed the easy location just around the corner on a side street from the pedestrian shopping street, Vaci. The interior is modular with lots of storage space. Nice clothes washing machine. The bed was comfortable. Good shower with plenty of hot water. The owner left us plenty of coffee pods for our entire 4 night stay! Good communication with the owner.

It was impossible to figure out how to use the cooking stove. There isn't a microwave in the apartment. The couch is not very comfortable for sitting, with no other chairs for relaxing in the living room. The coffee table was broken and unstable for using. There isn't a view from this apartment. The following comments are not a reflection on the apartment owner. The apartment building has a very old and outdated elevator, which barely fits 2 people with luggage. The elevator is dark until you close the doors and push the floor button. The building itself is old with exposed electrical lines and cob webs.

Sviveben replied quickly to our messages. We were able to drop off our luggage at 11:00 and we're literally a five minute walk from where our river cruise docked. The location was close to attractions and public transportation. It is a quiet and secure apartment with a quaint little elevator. The apartment has been upgraded with trendy furnishings and built in lights and has a very nice shower. Very good for the price.

There was a bit of odor but big new windows helped to freshen up the apartment. We were very comfortable.

Apartment was very comfortable, in a great location to get around.. Access to the key to the apartment were easy to follow. Apartment is on the 4th floor but there is a lift once you climb about 12 steps. Apartment was clean, had all the essentials in the kitchen, plenty of hot water. Communication with owner through booking.com app was very fast. Located a minute walk away from the river Danube where tram stop is located. Shops like the big indoor food hall, Aldi and Lidl a 7 minute walk. Metro a 5 minute walk. Very safe area..
