"Perfect hosts, big house/ cottage close to airport"

A paradise next to the airport. Because of the busy highway you better not do it by feet from the cottage to the airport but is quite close. Our host brought us to the airport by car at 6 am! For free What a service! In the house you have plenty space, a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, shower with all kinds of shampoo and shower gel, a good bed, airconditioning. All perfect. And hosts are the best; both very communicative and precise!

Everything. Just a lovely place to stay and convenient to Luqa airport. Pleasantly surprised that John offered to take us to airport very early. Absolutely amazing.

We loved this roomy, cute little cottage; the garden and chickens, pomegranate trees and olive grove, and the warmth and kindness of our hosts. It was close to the airport with places to eat nearby and we always felt safe. A very pleasant experience.

The dampness. We found the dehumidifier after going to bed but would recommend it be put on the morning of arrival for a guest... to take the dampness and resulting chill out of the bed/bedding.

Such a beautiful property!! The apartment was so clean and beautifully presented and much bigger than we expected! We wished we had more than one night there. The hosts were lovely as well and very helpful.

Giovanni the host was fantastic! We had a very early flight the next morning and he so helpful in getting us there. The Cottage is reminiscent of a heritage sandstone building back in Australia (Banjo Patterson's home in Sydney NSW). Beautiful place, we loved it!

Google Maps let us down a bit. It was difficult to find in the tangle of new infrastructure and our cowardly taxi driver was no help. if you come by taxi make sure your driver is fair dinkum and doesn't wilt at the first sign of having to look at a map. Fortunately the host saved the day!

Excellent location for an early ride - 15 min walk but owner even drove us at 3.45 am! A really big apartment with fridge, cooking facilities, coffee machine (a first in Malta! Hotels and other stays didn't have that), living room with TV. Despite proximity to airport we didn't hear any planes. They even had champagne 🍾 and candies to welcome

It's a very strange location so you need to follow his instructions, not try to find the address on Google.
