Everyone was very friendly and professional. I arrived at 4:30 am and it was no trouble to access the lobby and I could even checkin to my room at 6:30 am. That was amazing!! They have a great breakfast and the pool area is lovely. It’s very clean! Everyone was very welcoming

Staff were lovely and very helpful. Loved the pool and roof terrace.

The hotel was lovely but I didn't particularly like Kathmandu and the Thamil area as I was hastled by people 'befriending' you, with the aim of selling drugs etc. After being in Cambodia and Vietnam Kathmandu wasnt for me but I am aware some people really like it and tbf I can’t speak about Nepal as a whole. After travelling for 6 weeks Kathmandu was the only place I was happy to leave. No offence to the hotel which was lovely.
