More directions signs to property will help. No airtel coverage.

The host Mr Noval was really professional in making the guests comfortable. The cottages are well designed to provide all the basic amenities like AC, Water heater & Cupboards. The food was delicious and sumptuous. The Logo is really attractive. The room boys were really helpful & patient to make the guests feel homely.

I am so glad I booked the stay with Woods Creek. It's total value for money. It's exactly like the pictures shown in the website. It was a serene experience amidst the lush green forest and also so safe n secure. Delicious food and extremely friendly staff. Among all the stays I have visited so far this is the best one. Best stay for family and off site working folks. Surely going to visit next with my entire family. Thank you Woods Creek for making my stay enjoyable 😊

The only positive thing about this resort was that the staff were hard working, nothing else was positive.

Where to start- the property wasn’t as advertised at all. We booked 2 family deluxe rooms and got 2 tents with hardly any safety measures. The tent material seemed quite flimsy clothing and the whole of inside cloth lining was inflammable which is a major fire hazard. There was no mention anywhere in the description on booking.com that the property only offers tent accommodation. This was thoroughly misleading as if I had known, I wouldn’t have booked it at all in first place. To make matters worse, there was no WiFi in the resort accommodation as it worked only near the reception and not in our accommodations. I was in the middle of a jungle in a flimsy tent with little kids and elderly parents and I did not have any means of calling anyone, let alone emergency services in case of any emergency. It was just unsafe. There were lots of other little things like the lack of cleanliness, no toilet papers!!, limited food options and smelly and dirty colour water coming in taps in the morning - which the owner accepted was due to some leak. If the resort accommodation and the facilities are not as advertised and infact the accommodation is unsafe- why did I still have to pay for an extra day after curtailing my holiday after just 1 night. However, I was so desperate to get out from that resort, I accepted the offer by the owner to be charged for 2 nights plus I was charged for the tax and booking.com commission as well. Honestly, I feel scammed by Woods creek resort and booking.com . I want refund for my entire stay and I’ll make sure this doesn’t end here unless that happens.
