In the heart of Condado a 2 Bedroom Apartment Balcony

Everything was as expected. The location was exactly where I thought it would be. The building was clean, and so was the apartment. Everything was conveniently located. The apartment is very close to the beach and is near all major hotels. This is just across from La Concha. The apartment is very spacious and had more than enough rooms/beds for my family and I. The light in the bigger room is fantastic, which makes it even more comfortable. There were clean bathrooms and beach towels, a bonus and extra blankets, pillows, lounge chair. Maite was very responsive from the time I started looking into the apartment all the way to the end and, when asked, had recommendations for the best restaurants and activities. That was so helpful to me. There is an AC unit in each room. I would stay there again.

It was a bit difficult to get the key in the beginning, maybe because we were tired from the flight. I would recommend finding a way to make it easier if possible. I also would have liked the possibility to have access to a pool, but that really is on me since they did not list a pool as an amenity. Maybe add some garbage bags. But again, this is just a recommendation, not a critique. Everything else was great. The building is clean, and so is the elevator.

I had a wonderful experience at this apartment. The hosts were super helpful with the check in and finding the parking included. It was right in front of the beach and super central (in front of the concha hotel, popular clubs and restaurants). It was a very spacious and clean apartment and I wish I could have stayed longer.

We have the best group vacations in this beautiful island. The apartment was super big, comfortable and amplious and perfectly located walking distance to everything.
