To make your arrival as smooth as possible, we offer two check-in options for arrivals after 6:00 PM: 1. Self check-in, free of charge. We have a lockbox at the property and will send you simple instructions so you can check in at your convenience. 2. Assisted check-in with a host. If you would prefer someone to personally welcome you and help with your luggage outside of our regular staff hours, a small service fee will apply: Check-in after 6:00 PM: IDR 50,000 Check-in after 8:00 PM: IDR 100,000 This fee goes directly to the team member who stays late to assist with your arrival.
