Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und konnte auch englisch sprechen. Somit konnten wir sehr schnell Fragen klären.

Die Zmmer waren Hellhörig.

Room wasn’t clean. Many stains on the sheets. Hairs in the bed and shower. The guy behind the counter was very friendly and also provided us with a new room. Unfortunately this one also wasn’t very clean, same problems and the bathroom smelled like pis. Rooms do look like they have a lot of potential, its unfortunate that they’re not cleanded properly

Dirty

Spacious room, clean and comfortable. Their room is a non smoking room, surprisingly there is no smoke odor at all, bravo for that. The air conditioner and water heater doing well. It just perfect to stay in the room and watching netflix.

Nothing

Room was clean and big Comfy bed and bedsheets Hot water !

I was skeptical to book a hotel with so few reviews and high score (in Indonesia there is a lot of fake reviews to boost properties score)… however I can say this one is legitimate. For what we paid against to what you get is amazing… and reviews are true that this is a brand new hotel so everything is in really good shape.

This place has so much potential but I can already forecast that in a couple of years this is going to fail as the cleaning is not done to the highest degree. This wasn’t a problem at all for us because as I said the hotel is new… so it’s hard to feel uncomfortable or dirty… but we look under the bed and it was full of trash and dust. There was a hair on the sheets we used and in the closet. Nothing that alarm us but this are yellow flags that the cleaning of this place is not to the standards of what the facilities represent. If this is corrected at this early stage then this hotel will thrive
