It is one of my favorites hotels in Indonesia, really good service and facilities, nice terrace with pool, nice food and wonderful staff at bar.

I just think they should have a bit of extensive variety at menu.

I have stayed at Menara many times now and the one thing that stands out is the wonderful staff. From the front desk/reception, to concierge, security, to cleaning staff, restaurant staff etc.. I must say that it is so satisfying to know that each time I stay the staff are truly fantastic and pleasant. My Bahasa Indonesian is not so good but the staff all seem to speak English quite well, even the new girl (i forget her name) that cooked my eggs for breakfast a couple of days. She was so pleasant and always smiling. I manage a hotel in Australia and one of the most important things for me is that my staff are always smiling and pleasant to customers. Menara Peninsula 5 Stars service. Please pass this on to all staff. Terimah-kasih🙏
