غير صحيح طلب وضع مبلغ من المال كتأمين، ان ذلك الفعل قد ولى زمانه وفي نظري يعتبر قلة احترام للعملاء

Vi skulle finde en overnatning i byen inden vi skulle med toget videre. Hotellet lå godt og service var i top. Dem der arbejdede der var smilende og glade. Super!

Beautiful hotel lobby , luxurious from outside

The cleanliness of the hotel is a major issue. The bed sheets are unhygienic, and the air conditioning unit is dusty and uncleaned. The English staff, particularly James, is poor. The hotel’s policy for security deposits is also problematic. During booking, the deposit amount is not disclosed, but after making a non-refundable reservation, you are informed that you will need to pay 500,000 during check-in, the management’s instructions are uncomfortable and unprofessional.

Het is een luxueus hotel met een apart zitje in je hotel kamer. Het uitzicht is heel mooi over Jakarta maar je moet geen hoogtevrees hebben als je op de 21 ste verdieping zit. Het zwembad is fijn maar wel lawaaierig.

Camera bella, un po datata. Piscina e palestra ottime. Il cibo del servizio in camera non male. Posizione abbastanza buona.

Rapporto qualita prezzo. Noi ci siamo finito per una mega offerta su booking, ma a prezzo pieno non so se ne varrebbe la pena.

Terrible air conditioner, too cold to stay, window can not be opened, terrible air ventilation, wet smelly
