Everything was great, Pier greeted us to open the apartment and gave us lots of useful information. The flat is very close to all attractions and it has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. I highly recommend it!

1.Location was great. Away from the touristy spots but also close to the center. 20 minutes on foot from Ponte Pietra, 15 minutes from Piazza delle Erbe. 2.The apartment was really clean and spacious. 3.The host was really gentle and helpful, ready to answer every question via whatsapp.

1. The key to the door was a bit uneasy to lock/unlock. 2. Maybe a change to white sheets instead of multicolour would be nice. 3. It would be good to have an espresso machine instead of the moka device.

The host was very attentive and ready to answer any questions via WhatsApp. The property was spotless and equipped with everything we needed. Good sized fridge, new air con unit, excellent internet speed, comfortable bed. The nearest bus stop is across the road (you can see it from the window) and the historical centre of Verona is at a 20min walk. There are a few shops nearby, along with bars for breakfast and late night dining options (I recommend Wallet Pizza), so the location is absolutely perfect. We were able to leave our luggage after checking out so we could enjoy the city a little more before we had to leave for the airport.

The door is pretty hard to unlock. We struggled quite a bit on our first day so we asked for it to be looked at and things improved after that. The walls are not sound proof so we could hear every single car driving by during the night which disrupted our sleep. The bathroom sink drain was slow but we managed to cope with it just fine and didn't report it to the host as it never became a proper issue. There is no microwave in the kitchen but we didn't miss it as we always ate out.

Everything at this property was amazing. Pier met me promptly and showed me round the apartment. He also gave great recommendations on where to visit and the places to avoid. The bed was so comfortable it made it difficult to get up in the morning! The kitchen was well equipped and there was a supermarket two minutes down the street which made cooking easy. The street was quiet and close enough to walk into the centre. In fact everything in Verona was within walking distance. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The host was very accommodating and helpful. He met us at the property to explain how things worked and also to provide additional information about local attractions, restaurants etc. We really appreciate this. The property was ideally located in a quieter part of the city but easily within working distance of the old town.

Pier was at the property to hand over the keys at a time agreed upon. He gave us a map of the city with his recommendations of restaurants (and ice cream bar!). We only went to the places Pier recommended and they were all fantastic. He also told us the places to avoid (touristy prices for low quality). Pier also contacted us after one day to ask if everything was alright. It made our short stay in Verona very pleasant. The apartment is walking distance from the old town and the arena, yet a little outside the crowd and noise.
