Hotel Tiara

The hotel near with pasar pagi /mornig market & food court and can find a good menus for breakfast like roti canai, nasi dagang & etc.

1. The hotel arrangement need to improve. Room not ready for check in even i'm late check in. The room supposed under me but resided by the others. 2. Can't flush the toilet bowl due to water pump broken. 3. need to improve on the room lock system for safety reason.

thankfully the bed, toilet, hot water, shower and aircond are functioning

I booked at tiara tonight. however, I am very disappointed with the room: 1. I booked a queen and a single beds, but you give me 3 single beds. 2. there was some left over food on the floor, and the floor felt sandy. like you haven't sweep at all. 3. the table was broken😱 4. the TV cable was broken-cannot use at all. 5. the toilet floor was not clean at all- there was some rubbish left at the water outlet.  I have ask your receptionist but he said nothing can be done. I cannot cancel or given refund.  he also said the cleaner had cleaned the room-therefore, either you havent hire a good staff or he did not do the job well..maybe you can just fired your cleaner. this is the worst hotel i have experienced. I can't believe that you had the heart to sell a bad room like this.
