Everything was perfect! The loacation was good. Host was super attentive and great attention to detail. The apartment is one of the cleanest I’ve stayed at. Would definitely stay again!

The location is very good, all the main attractions are at a 5 to 10 minute walk. The breakfast is in the form of vouchers that you can claim at 3 specific cafes nearby, the voucher offers one coffee+croissant. Out of the 3, i strongly recommend Insigne Cafe. They are extremely permisive and i was able to ask for any sweet or salty pastry and any kind of water or soft drink instead. And i strongly advise against San Nicolo Cafe. The employee who served us gave us attitude, it was hard to communicate even when i tried to use google translate and they stick religiously to the one basic coffee and croissant. As for the apartment, it is equiped with everything you need, including free netflix on the tv. However the bed kinda squeaks so take note of that. Otherwise the host was wery kind. I asked for a bunch if recommendations from places to eat to what to visit and what are the most convenable transport routes and all their recommendations were spot on.

Bardzo miły i fantastyczny człowiek który prowadzi cały obiekt. Byłem w stałym kontakcie przez cały tydzień na aplikacji WhatsApp. Informował mnie o wszystkich sytuacjach oraz rzeczach które wydarzyły się podczas całego pobytu. Wyjątkowo podczas pobytu jednego dnia nastąpił potężny brak prądu w całym mieście co spowodowało to że byliśmy bez prądu oraz wody do 21:30. Osoba z kwatery która nią zarządza kontaktowała się na bieżąco oraz była bardzo przejęta i chodziła przed apartamentem aż do ostatnich chwil kiedy przywrócono prąd w całym mieście. Oczywiście takie sytuacje zdarzają się bardzo rzadko a ostatnia sytuacja zdarzyła się w 2023 roku.

Ja wynajmowałem dwa apartamenty na górze i na dole. W sumie rezerwując dwa apartamenty miałem świadomość że jednak będzie to na jednym poziomie i że będę bardzo blisko rodziny, to był taki jedyny minus o czym może nawet nie doczytałem albo nie było w ofercie. Mimo wszystko czystość i wszystko zgodne ze zdjęciami. Trzeba mieć tylko świadomość że woda i prąd w Katanii to jedno i to samo. Jak nie ma prądu to nie ma wody. Pokoje klimatyzowane więc nie było problemu.
