"Would of been nice to know it was right next door to the hosts house before we booked, so we could of booked somewhere e"

The property itself was lovely, the cabin was clean and the views were beautiful

When we booked we didn’t see anywhere on booking.com that it was right next to the hosts house with small kids, there was a trampoline in the field right next to our cabin, where small children were playing and shouting all evening until 8.45pm at night. If we would have known that it wasn’t by itself as it looked on booking.com we wouldn’t have booked there. We went for a nice rural, peaceful trip to get away from our own children and busy day to day life, which didn’t happen.

"Great place, quiet and comfortable."

Lovely property. Very quiet. Easy to find and within 10 mins of Chesterfield, 15 mins from Chatsworth. Very comfortable lounge. Easy heating if needed. Lovely garden
