The Stables

We loved everything about our stay. This is a little gem hidden in Riebeek West. The attention to detail was absolutely fantastic. Everything you need and more, and everything was excellent quality. Andre, the host was also very attentive and helpful. The experience of sleeping in an old barn made it so special and the decor was amazing. Special touches like good quality coffee, fresh milk, rusks, fresh fruit, freshly cut flowers from their own garden made the stay very special

What an amazing, private 2-bedroom-villa. When you arrive and enter the house, immediately you feel at home. What these owners have created is exceptional. The photos do not express what it really is - an old horse stable converted into a luxury, tastefully designed and decorated villa with outside BBQ/Braai area, fully fitted kitchen with top end equipment.... just one word: STUNNING

Hard to say what was not nice... However, the second bedroom (smaller one) needs a shelf in the bathroom for the toiletries, little downfall are the window blind's because you cannot open the window during night. Otherwise - it is TOP CLASS

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautifully refurbished stables that has been transformed into a cozy 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment. Our stay was nothing short of delightful, blending rustic charm with modern comfort. The attention to detail in this apartment is remarkable. The repurposed stable goods, seamlessly integrated into the decor, add a unique and authentic touch. From the original wooden beams to the antique stable equipment, every element has been thoughtfully curated to preserve the history and charm of the property. The bedrooms were spacious and inviting, each with its own distinctive character. The bathrooms were well-appointed, featuring modern amenities while retaining a rustic aesthetic. The living area was a perfect blend of comfort and style, providing a cozy atmosphere to unwind after a day of exploring. The fully equipped kitchen was a joy to use, with ample space and all the necessary appliances. The surrounding area offered plenty to do, with quaint local shops, beautiful surrounding winefarms , amazing restaurants- plenty to choose from. Overall, our stay at this refurbished stables was an unforgettable experience. The unique decor, comfortable accommodations, and charming ambiance made it a perfect home away from home. Andre was an amazing host, caring, and always happy to help with a recommendation. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a unique and memorable stay.
