Central Heritage Hotel

Spacious, clean and very modern room. Good quality linen and comfortable bed. Everything, both in the room and in the common areas, is very nice as it looks to have been recently built. Water and coffee is made available to guests free of charge, which was a pleasant surprise. We were told the hotel is still building its on-site kitchen, so breakfast is at a "sister" hotel, which is a 3min walk away. The breakfast is very good, especially considering the garden area where you can sit. The only grasp we had with the hotel was the parking situation. If you are coming with a car, make sure to call ahead of time and tell them you need a spot (there is a surcharge of about €15-20 per night). Getting to the parking area is another challenge as you will need to drive through some extremely narrow streets, including a section that is marked as "pedestrian only". Overall one of our best stays during our visit to Croatia. Excellent location and value. Highly recommended!

The hotel was great - clean, very convenient to the Split old town. But, they need to provide better directions to parking and the location of the hotel. Just saying the parking is next the the Illusion Museum isn’t very helpful, and the streets are narrow! But definitely worth staying there once we got the car parked up!

Ein wirklich schönes Hotel in einem schönen, alten Steinhaus, das erst kürzlich renoviert wurde. Etwas schwer zu finden, eine Beschilderung wäre hilfreich. Gute Lage! Wir hatten zu viert ein sehr großes Zimmer im Dachgeschoss mit zwei Schlafzimmern, zwei Badezimmern und zwei WCs. Das Frühstück ist im dazugehörigen Hotel Azur Palace (eine Minute zu Fuß entfernt) und ist in Ordnung (nichts besonderes, aber gut und ausreichend)

The hotel was very difficult to find. Signage at the street entry would have helped greatly. Locals aren’t familiar with it and it’s off the street behind unmarked gates. Lovely place just the same.

Trevligt hotell med trevlig personal. Frukosten serverades på hotellet bredvid. Lite svårt att hitta till hotellet men håll utkik efter en vacker järngrind bredvid Bar Sistema. Gå igenom den och fortsätt rakt fram till nästa vackra järngrind.

Property was hard to find with little signage, but enjoyed some quiet evenings in the courtyard and was a very close location to everything we wanted to see. Included breakfast was enjoyable with a little bit everything except minimal fruit. Overall a very good experience.

The staff was a bit rude. The front are smelled of smoke with a no smoking sign posted. It was very difficult to find and the immediate surrounding area was gross. Dirty, graffiti, and early Friday morning as we were walking to our car there were drunk kids in the alley and vomit on the walkway out of the hotel.

Had a very nice stay, great room and complete breakfast.

Das Personal im Hotel war freundlich. Das Zimmer ist klein für zwei Personen, reichte uns jedoch für drei Nächte. Das Frühstück war in einem anderen Hotel und war rudimentär.

New hotel, so not everything was ready (breakfast was offered at their hotel hotel accross the street) but beside that which was a very minor inconvenient), everything was great. Clean, decent size, good hairdryer and friendly staff.
