"A great pkace for our 1 night stay!"

We were walking the Camino San Jacopy and needed a place close to Lucca. It is a great little guest house. Comfy room and in the same building there was a great pizza restaurant (Pilato Pinsa)and also a bar in the courtyard that did great coffee in the morning. It is on a busy road but was not noisy at night!

"Good but not excellent"

The room was very clean. The parking was ample and free. Staff in the bar was very helpful - when it was open.

There wasn't really any breakfast as the bar which deals with the B&B was closed on a Sunday... There was a bottle of water in the room and a pond for a coffee machine that I didn't see but it might have been in the hall way. My side of the bed didn't have a bedside lamp.
