Friendly staff alllowed slightly early check in which was appreciated due to long train journey. Great central location near to railway station and good base for exploring Glasgow. Good sized comfortable room.

Front desk was prompt.

Absolutely disgusting room - 208. Carpet was stained all over. Dirt/dust covering light fixtures, bed frame, bathroom towel holder. It likely wasnt cleaned in several months by the state of it. I wouldn't walk on the carpet without shoes.

Staff as always are exceptionally brilliant so friendly and helpful and location is amazing.

Only the lift being out of order but was being replaced.

"Eh👎🏻 Close to railway station that's it!"

The rooms are good, value for money. Decent bedding, clean and spacious enough.

Major problems: 1.No parking facility even though it shows a parking facility in the area. All you get is parking bays that are free in the evening to morning 8 Am. No safety for the car in my opinion. 2. Paid close to about £70 for the stay with breakfast included but the service was poor. Places I have stayed before offered full fledged breakfast menu in the same rate. All I received was some bread, juice and cornflakes.
