After booking the property, the host was available on call.

Disappointing place -Not Worth the Price I was really disappointed with this hotel. The cleanliness was subpar, with rooms that didn't look well-maintained and bathrooms that were very dirty. Despite the property being located approximately 800m from the beach, the quality of the rooms did not justify the price. It felt more like a budget hotel that doesn’t prioritize guest experience or comfort. So I didn’t stay at the hotel. 1 room was booked for 4 adults hoping to get 2 double beds, but we have been provided with 1 queen-sized bed which can never accommodate 4 adults. Later on a phone call, we were told that an extra mattress would have been provided to accommodate 4 adults. but I didn't see any space in the room to put the extra mattress either. The bed linens were dirty. the housekeeping staff kept the quilt on the floor while changing the bedsheet on request. quilt does not have any quilt cover and it was put on the dirty floor. it finally made us decide not to stay in such a hotel which does not have any concept of hygiene. I could have uploaded the photograph if there was any option to upload it. we received repeated calls from Devka House, Mr. Patel to withdraw the review. which again is a red flag, so I have decided to edit the review and put this on record too. He also mentioned that I would be charged the whole booking amount from my Google Pay once he accepts my review on Devka House. Which again booking.com should take notice of, for speaking wrongly on behalf of the platform to deter a customer from writing an honest review. I will not recommend to opt for this property however convenient the price is.
