DEWe liked the somewhat dated interior, the clean and spacious rooms and the good shower.
The gym room was tiny, hot, and extremely smelly. We couldn't open the windows anywhere in the hotel. It said on booking.com that there was a free airport transfer service, which we enquired about and were quoted a price of 2500 rupees - compared to the 1,300 which the airport taxi company charged us. When we told the staff that this was unacceptable, we didn't receive an apology or a refund. The hotel should at the very least make sure to remove this as an included feature from the booking.com website.
ININOne of the best hotel in Calicut. Located in the heart of Calicut and the hotel was perfectly situated for exploring local attractions, restaurants, and shops.The staff were very friendly and the facilities in hotel are awesome.
