Spotless , everything supplied , great location could have done with some outside available space , but would definitely recommend and we will be back

We stayed at Henley's Lodge from 17 April 23 April When we walked in the apartment was immaculate with some very nice touches Milk Washing machine tabs Biscuits Fudge I could go on! The flat was very clean well appointed and comfortable with good WiFi. Good quality television.

However, if you have any mobility issues (which I do) please consider the following: Accessibility: The entrance to the property was very unkempt with scaffolding and overgrown trees. On our last day one of trees had blown over making it difficult for me to exit the property I could not get to the handrail for the scaffolding Stairs to the property are very hard to manage. The stairs are made of metal with only one hand rail. This is ok if this is the side for you but it's frightening if not. There were two loose tiles which I tripped over I have attached various photos. I think the owners might be a bit clearer, so potential bookers know about these issues. I hope this is a well-balanced review, but the accessibility issues clouded what otherwise was a very likable stay.

perfect location, easy communication with the host and cosy flat

Centrally located, clean and tidy, at the bottom of the hills so no strenuous walking.

Parking wasn't great and the roof when it is windy sounds like the seagulls are doing some serious loud clog dancing in the bedroom.

The property was very well equipped with everything we needed for our stay in St.Ives. It was a perfectly laid out little holiday home, everything was easily accessible, the location was perfect. A perfect get away for a nice stay with your partner.

I don’t have anything bad to say about the property. The only thing is that when I booked it, it was advertised as free parking although it wasn’t. I had to pay £50 for 2 weeks of parking which is still a very decent price to pay for parking in St.Ives. I parked at the Park Avenue Car Park situated just 5 minutes up the road from the property which is an ideal car park. Spaces to depend on what time you arrive in St.Ives.
