"Se poate mai bine dacă vreți să mai venim pe litoralul romanesc"

Amabilitatea și profesionalismul d-nei dr. Mustafa Lemis. Personalul de la proceduri amabil. Mâncarea, personalul de la restaurant.

La cazare nu se dau toate informațiile, spre exemplu faptul că ai reducere 50% la șezlong pe plaja, in baza unui tichet de la hotel. Mochetele murdare trebuiesc eliminate. La recepția de la clinica ne dorim personal amabil și corect. Prețul procedurilor nu este afișat.

Restaurantul curat, spațios, personalul foarte amabil, mâncarea diversificată și gustoasă.

Distanța pana la plajă destul de mare iar in camera de hotel am fi preferat ca paharele sa fie din sticlă. Au fost 4 pahare de unica folosință din carton. După prima utilizare le-am aruncat. Insuficient pentru 3 zile!

Oana de la restaurant, nu a vrut să mi arate unde este amplasat dozatorul de apă din cadrul restaurantului, la care au dreptul clienții și a făcut niște comentarii, privind "posibilitatea de a achiziționa apă de la magazinele din Neptun " Sunt momente când vrei să beneficiezi de facilitățile unui restaurant într o ambianță plăcută, la o temperatura răcoroasă fără să faci un drum până la un magazin la temperaturi de peste + 34 grade.....
