"My worst till date. I only enjoyed the bed."

The breakfast way below par. I was also denied breakfast on my first morning

A lot to be honest. The property do not seem very coordinated. Staff is unprofessional and quite slow. There is no catering onsite; by the time your order arrives, it is cold. You are at the mercy of the person on Whatsapp as you have to request codes to access the estate each time. Smh.... No TV options, just netflix

The room AC wasn't working, I was sweating all night. the room very noisy due to the generator, the windows arent sound proof, the hotel didn't accept the rate offered on the website, they requested the rate as black market USD rate, which wasn't pleasant as no transparency with the client for the rate offered on the website.

We did not order or ate breakfast

The water smelled so bad that we had use bottled to brush our teeth. Some of my kids from US refused to shower with the water in the facility. Mosquitoes everywhere. The unit needs to be shut down and remodeled. The painting is faded and dirty. The access code never worked. The staff was sympathetic but did not resolve anything.
