Beach house

Location was great. House was nice, and clean. Would have been a lovely stay if the pool was clean enough to swim in, if the internet worked.... if there was drinkable water available....

We had arranged to arrive early and as agreed had messaged the host an hour before our arrival. We had to wait 1.5 hours for someone to arrive and let us in. The internet did not work. At all. So, also no television. The pool was not swimmable. It was green, cloudy, dirty. There was no drinkable water on arrival, which I consider a necessity. No coffee. No accurate directions given to the property. Had to phone host after we arrived at the location given after booking - then drive for 10 more minutes to find the property. Host did not respond promptly to our messages regarding issues. No instructions given for check out (where to leave the keys)?

La.atencion, el agua de las regaderas no salia casi nada, la piscina con agua turbia, para la recepción de las llaves asi como para entregarlas es complicado ya que tienes que esperar a que llegue alguien para que te las entregue asi como para entregarlas.

The location of this house is great, the main door leads to the beach (maybe 5 min walk), it is also close to restaurants and stores at walking distance. The house itself is nice, we loved the pool and the terrace to relax and spend time as a family.

There were some minor details with the house that could be improved but nothing that took away from the awesome location and how peaceful it was.

Basic beach house, great location a block from the beach and a block from the main part of town. Wonderful outdoor space, big pool and a huge terrasse upstairs with nice views. Indoors: good A/C, very comfortable extra-large bed, the bathroom is tiny. The kitchen/living area is comfortable for 2 people but could be crowded for 4. It’s also dark but probably it helps to keep it cool for quite a while in the morning, no need to run the A/C right away. The kitchen is well equipped as far as utensils, glasses, plates and a few pots and pans. Otherwise, it’s a no frills, no amenities.

There were some small issues when we arrived, Ana was quick to have them taken care of.
