Un peu loin du centre et surtout la chambre est petite le lit est coller contre un mur

Ce que je n’ai pas apprécié c’est que l’on ne m’a jamais rendu la caution que j’ai laissé. Non pas que la chambre ou le scooter ont été dégradés mais car si vous partez tôt dans la matinée pour prendre votre avion personne est là pour vous rendre la caution. J’avais pourtant précisé que nous allions au restaurant le soir et que nous rentrerions au alentours de 22h. Personne à l’horizon. J’ai contacté l’établissement à plusieurs reprise, ils avaient toujours une bonne escuse pour ne pas avoir fait le virement de ma caution jusqu’à faire les morts et ne plus me répondre du tout

The whole place was kept very clean. There was a fan and air con in the room. There was also a water tap for hot and cold water in the entrance hall. The staff were very helpful and a credit to the place, especially Alex who we mainly dealt with. The cleaning staff were a delight. It’s a short walk to Lio Beach which is stunning and also has a bakery, lovely cafes and good value street food. It was a bonus having the bikes provided. We were there over Easter and so the children were off school most of our stay and so we weren’t disturbed.

The free bikes need maintenance. Of the 3 our group were first given, none of them had a working rear light, one had no brake light and one of the phone holders broke in half mid journey, damaging a phone as it landed in the road. To be fair, they did more or less resolve these problems once we spoke with them, although the only way we could have rear lights was to have the front lights on full beam, not ideal for other traffic. And we still had a phone with a damaged case.

- Free use of a 1x scooter (with 2x helmets) - No complimentary brekkie, but there was 1x free coffee in the morning. - There's also free potable water so you can just bring a bottle and refill, nice touch! - Very chill place and quite free-spirited, super near Lio beach and Lio airport! So convenience is amazing and you're at the centre of everything (can go south if you wanna go to town or Maremegmeg and can go north if you wanna visit Nacpan).

- If you book during weekdays, the floors above the guest room is like a school so if you're napping, it will be super noisy with kids running around at the floor above you! - Wish there were more fans and mist (?) at the café area as it was really hot during the summer! - Do not expect a pool or any amenities of that sort as it's simply a place to stay.

I loved the style of this hotel, everything was nice and clean. Friendly staff. Location is not so good but they gave us a scooter (which is included), it only takes 15min to get to the town.

Free barista coffee in the morning was a great touch. Very quiet, great location next to Lio beach and the arts and culture estate the motel sits on is a great idea. Easy to get to El Nido town on a tricycle. Checked in late after closing so no staff around but they communicated where to find the keys, just a little tricky finding the rooms after 7 hours from Puerto Princesa!

Room size was a bit small but not important as we were out most of the time.

Great little hotel, modern and clean. Short walk to Lio beach which is very nice and also a short walk to the airport.

Nice location. Very friendly staff. Early checkin was possible.

Comparable with other locations overpriced. There was no water for almost 12 hours. But as a compensation they offered free breakfast, what was nice 😊.
